BITS is a background file transfer mechanism and queue manager. Requests to
the BITS service are submitted and the files are transferred uses idle
network bandwidth so that other network related activities, such as
browsing, are not affected.
If the service is stopped Automatic Updates will be unable to automatically
download programs and other information until the BITS service has
started!!!
